Nicola Abrousamra and wife of Ft. Wayne, Ind., were iu the city Thursday making arrangements for the burial of Maggie Maloley, the native Syrian, who died at Easthaven Wednesdav. Miss Malolev. according to the

statements of the Ft. Wayne persons, was only a friend of theirs, and came

to this country with them from Tur

key a few years ago. She was yet young and has since traveled over the

countxv selling the wares of the J-1

Wayne Turk. As she died from tuberculosis, it is thought she contracted the disease while making her peddling

trips, and when she knesv her condition she was attacked with melancholia which resulted in her being placed in

Easthaven hospital. As her only

friends live in Ft. Wayne, it thus came about that she was brought to Rich

mond, Ft. Wayne being in this insane

district. The Ft. Wayne man made arrangements for the burial, which was held in Earlham cemetery today.
