Vonen as Well as Men Are Made Miserable by Kidney and Bladder Trouble. " " Kidney trouble preys upon the mind, Siscourages and lessens ambition ; beauty.

vigor ana cneerminess soon disappear when the kidneys are out of order or diseased. Kidney trouble has , become so prevalent that it is not uncommon for a child to be born afflicted with weak kidnevs. If the child urinates too often, if the urine scalds the flesh, or if, when the child reaches an tge when it should be able to control the Wssage, it is yet afflicted with bed-wetting, depend upon it, thecause of thedifficulty is kidney trouble, and the first step should be towards the treatment of these important organs. This unpleasant trouble is due to a diseased condition of the kidneys and bladder and not to a liabit as most people suppose. Women as well as men are made miserable with kidney and bladder trouble, and both need the same great remedy. The mild and the immediate effect of Swamp'Root is soon realized. ;e play USED LUST NIGHT Earlham's Varsity and Scrubs L'ine Up for First Hard Work of Year. SOME DOPE ON PLAYERS SEVERAL OF . THE RECRUITS LOOK GOOD AND WILL ADD STRENGTH TO TEAM OVERMAN CAN PLAY THIS YEAR. First football scrimmage on Reid Field took place yesterday afternoon. Coach Wilson lined up his two teams and for nearly an hour the scrubs pounded away at the prospective Varsity. Great things are expected of the forward pass and the teams were given practice in this feature of, the new rules. Several of the new men are showing up in great shape. King, the Manual Training School man from Indianapolis, is lining up to his reputation as a football player! He is quick on his feet and has lots of nerve. He was favorably com mented on by the spectators at last evenine's practice and is assured a position. Probably left half back Grimes comes from Salem with a high school record of four years' foot ball. He is small, but well built and chows up fine at quarterback. Birch, from Terre Haute, is one of Happy Wann's finds. The track, rather than foot ball is his place, but for a new man at the game he does well and will stand a good chance on next year's team if he fails to make good this year. Stanley is a big man from Car thage. He has a good weight and is being used on the line. Bebe hails from Kankakee. He is small, but works hard and will be a good man on the second team. Hancock is a Fairmount product. and has had football practice there. He fully demonstrated his ability to tackle last evening. Comstock comes from Noblesville. He is heavy, but gets around quick and understands the game well. Overman is the big line man from Knightstown, who was kept out of last year's game on account of parental objection is out this season. He can play this year and is making good. Geyer of Richmond, is trying for a line position. He has played with the Richmond High School and is doing his best to make the college team. Genn, the star athlete of Richmond High School, is also on the field this year. He is showing up in good form for end. Wann, from Vermillion Grove, 111., captain of this year's team, is an all around man and can be used in any position. He was not in school last year, but three years, ago played center on Earlham's championship team. Gennett next Tuesday Night-
