f Publishers Prttss Indianapolis, July 27. Receipts, 11,000 hogs, 1,350 cattle and 1,000 Bheep, against 5,222 hogs, 1,386 cattle and 577 sheep a week ago, and 7,103 hogs, 1,332 cattle and 37S sheep a year ago. . The run of hogs was much larger than the trade generally expected and more than necessary to meet requirements. Market opened with packers well supplied, and not as much' competition between shippers as on preceding-days. There was a reaction la prices, and trading at the start was 5c to 10c lower than yesterday. Cattle Were' Unchanged. There was no change in cattle, compared with yesterday. Outside, demand was not quite as strong, but Inquiry altogether was ecual to supply of good to choice kinds as sales were at steady prices. . .

WHAT THE KIDNEYS DO,
Their Unceasing Work Keeps Us
Strong and Healthy.
' All the blood In the body passes
through the kidneys once eveVy three
minutes. The kidneys filter the blood.
They work night and day. When
healthy they remove about 500 grains
of impure matter daily,' when unheal
thy some part of this impure matter Is left In . the blood. This brings on
many diseases and symptoms pain in the back, headache, nervousness,
hot, dry skin, rheumatism, gout, grav
el, disorders of the eyesight and hear
ing, dizziness, irregular heart, debility,
drowsiness, dropsy, deposits in the
urine, etc But if you keep the filters right you will have no trouble with
your kidneys.
Geo. Fox, 622 Main street, says:
When in A. G. Luken's drug store
I heard Doan's Kidney Pills highly
spoken of and I procured a box for
my sister who was suffering from what
the doctors called lumbago, but which
failed to yield to their treatment.
had her take Doan's Kidney Pills and after finishing the treatment she re

Publishers' Press Cincinnati, O., July 27. Receipts Cattle, 739; Hogs, 2809; Sheep, 4042. Cattle Market conditions in the cattle pens in comparison with the past day of two, were abont the same today. ' Receipts were fair for Friday, and the quality of arrivals was mostly from far down, with about the usual moderate proportion of goods, fat grades, which sold well enough at aboutsteady prices, and the half-fat and less desirable classes very slow and cheap as any time this season. Hogs Receipts of hogs today were fair for the second last day of the week, and, under a fair demand, the market began with all grades selling at about the same prices ruling at the close of yesterday's market.
