In speaking of the new Dayton and Richmond traction line the New Paris Mirror says: Sometime ago we noted the statement given out ' that the Morgan-Mc-Gowan-Schoepf traction syndicate would built a line to connect Dayton and Richmond, to connect their lines
reaching from Newark, O., to Terre Haute, Ind. Their decision to do so was said to be the result of their inabilty to buy the Dayton & Western at what they considered a reasonable price, $3,000,000 being named as the
figure at which that property is held.
