He spoke especially of the rapid change from man-power to tool power that has taken place in the last few years. Shape of " Sargasso." The size and shape'of the "Sargasso' has been definitely decided on and photographic , rates are now being computed. Quite a great deal of special work has been assigned. The house has been denuded of seven doors and the banister, of the staircase, all of which Speaker, a tinner by trade, used to keep the fires going in the house. Theodore R. The Freshman contestants were Mitchell, Jones, and Ha worth ; The Juniors Frazer, Zimmerman and Gardner. The judges Profs. Trueblood, Hadley and Hole gave the decision to Frazer, Zimmerman and Haworth. The Sophomore-Senior debate will be held this afternoon at 3:25. - Superintendent Baily telephoned to the chief of police at that place, tell ing him that there was a warrant out for Speaker and asking that he be taken into custody. It is thought that Speaker will consent to come to Richmond without requisition papers being issued. He will be arraigned on a charge of petit larceny. LODGE NOTES Supreme Chancellor Charles E. Shiveley and Will C. Converse will be on the program of the annual meeting of the district Knights of Pythias which is to be held at Rushville today. The object of the meeting is to make plans for the benefit of the lodges and to discuss business. A large number will be present from this city and Rushville is making big preparations to entertain the visit ors. The Herman. Lodge, L O. O. F. held a meeting last night, and transacted regular business. - , The Richmond Lodge of Elks held their regular meeting last night.
