Mr. and Mrs. Alonzo Thompson and family were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Mayhugh Dunham of Fountain City, Monday. Mr. -and Mrs. A. O. Haisley were at Lynn last Tuesday, where they visited the former's uncle, Mr. Davis Haisley, who is critically ill. The little Misses Florence and Irene "Walker of Olive Hill, were the guesets of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Davis last week. Mr. John Wessel, was painfully, but not seriously injured one day last week when he became entangled in a chain which was fastened to his cow, which became frightened, and as a result Mr. "Wessel was dragged a considerable distance. He was considerably bruised. Mr. Albert King is threatened with pneumonia, and most all the
