.ETC" MB : VGBGJJ It is our business to loan money in any amount from $1 to J5000t on any kind of security, for any length of time. Having a large capital of our own money, we do not need to ask anyone as to.wden or how we shall loan it, but we can do so on any terms and for any length of time we desire. Eighteen years banking experience renders us capable of giving you almost an immediate answer as to whether or not we can make you a loan. We seldom feel the necessity of any inquiry at all. but when it is made, it is invariably made as a bank. By securing a loan in this manner, you do not have the annoyance of your neighbors knowing that you are borrowing money, but can be sure of absolute secrecy in the matter. Our large capital enables us to loan at a much lower rate than that usually chargtd by loan companies, and you know it is to your interest to get a loan wherever you can get it tne cheapest, the same as in buying anything. For instance, if there is a snle on granulated sugar, where you can buy 21 lbs for a dollar instead of 18 lbs regular, there is where you buy your sugar. Why not be just as careful about saving money when you are in need of a temporary loan ? If we get our money out, the price must bring the business, so if you get a loan from us, it will prove a great money saver to you. Call and let us explain our methods. If you cannot call, write or phone us, and our agent will call on you.

PASSENGERS HURT Serious Wreck in Missouri Broken Rail Causes Accident. Holden, Mo., December b. A Missouri Pacific passenger train bound from St. Louis to Kansas City yesterday afternoon was wrecked at the water works bridge, resulting in the injury of forty-five passengers, several of whom were seriously injured. The accident was due to a broken rail which projected from the track. It caught the first coach behind the mail car, throwing it from the track down a twenty-foot embankment. Two of the coaches, a Pullman and a dining car followed. The broken rail was on the bridge, and the rear Pullman rolled off the bridge into the creek below. Two passengers inside were seriously in
jured. Two old women imprisoned in this ear were taken out at the top after holes had been made with axes.
I The locomotive, two baggage cars
and a mail car passed the bridge in safety and remained on the track, but the remainder of the train "was derailed.

Beware of Ointments for Catarrh That Contain Mercuhy. Hall's Family Pills are the best, as mercury will surely destroy the sense of smell and completely derange the whole system when entering it through the mucuous surfaces. Such articles should never be used except on prescriptions from reputable physicians, as the damage they will do is ten fold to the good you can possibly derive from them. Hall's Catarrh Cure, manufactured
by F. J. Cheney & Co., Toledo, 0.,
contains no' mercury, and is taken internally, acting directly upon the blood and mucous surfaces of the system. In buying Hall's Catarrh Cure be sure you get the genuine. It is taken internally and made in Toledo, Ohio, by F. J. Cheney & Co. Testimonials free. Sold by Druggists. Price 75c per bottle. 3
