0., C. & L. New Schedule Most Favorable to the Richmond People. Under the new schedule there will be through cars to Cincinnati via C,
C. & L. direct; also through car service to College Corner, Oxford and Hamilton. The running time of all trains has been greatly reduced. Cincinnati is now reached in two hours and five minutes. The north bound morning train now leaves at 7 a. m. a much more seasonable hour than heretofore.

The members of Danville's Central League polo team will report for duty on October 20, and will ge in several days practice before the opening of the league season on October 31. The Danville line-up appears to be as follows: Daly and Menard, rushes; Campbell, center; Hardy or Kerrigan, half back; Ileflernan, goal. Hardy and Kerrigan will both be tried out at half-back, and the one that makes good will get the position. The other will be kept as utility man. The Danville team will appear this year in brown suits, trimmed with white. Little expense would be attached to reviving polo in the eastern cities. The buildings are there and so is the
equipment. All that is needed is to advertise that the old stars will appear and Parsons believes interest will revive. He believes that the east
has been long enough without polo to make the time ripe for the revival.
