Brjan and party started today on an eight days' speaking tour through Indiana, so scheduled as to make fifty two speeches. The night meetings are to be held at Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Richmond, Marion, Evansville, and Glenwood Park, opposite Louisvile. Denies the Charge. Indianapolis, October 12. W. J. Bryan in his speech at Rockville to day denied the charge that he was not in earnest in his support of Par ker. He urged the importance of the election of a Democratic legislature which is to elect a senator. At Des Moines. Des Moines, October 12. Senator Firbanks spoke early this morning at Des Moines, then for ten minutes at Ol fax, the home of General J. B. Weaver, the former Populist leader, and later at Newton. "Hard at Work." Oakland, Md., October 12 Henry G. Davis and party are to visit twelve towns today and make speeches from the special train. This place was reached at nine o'clock. Speeches will be made at Terra Alta, Ilowlesburjr, Tunnelton, New Burg, Brafton, Clarksburjr, Gypsy, Shinntown, Enterprise, Worthing-ton, Monongahela and Fail-mount.
