OFFICIAL MEETING AT ANDERSON YESTERDAY AT WHICH COMPLETE CONTROL Of the Referees Given to President McCullough Other Polo Notes as Picked Up Round About. The Western Polo League officials met yesterday afternoon at Anderson and made several though not radical changes, in the playing rules. One of the important rules that Avas adopted was President McCullough eoniplet control of the' referees. Manager Henley and Captain Jessup returned from Anderson at a late hour yesterday afternoon. Mr. Henley said that if Manager Sebern, of the Elwood team had any idea of trading "Cap." Roberts for Haugh-1 ton and Cunningham, Sr., that he did not broach the subject in his presence. When asked if he would agree to such a trade Mr. Henley J smiled and said he had given the matter no consideration. A schedule committee consisting of a representative from each city
