PROGRAM FOB THE INSTITUTE OF 13TH DISTRICT HELD AT LOSANTSVTLLE SEPT 14-15. TWO RICHMONDITES Are on the Program and Many Delegates Will Go From This City. The first annual institute of the thirteenth district of the Indiana Sunday school association will be held September 14th and 15th at Losantsville, Randolph county, Indiana. The thirteenth district comprises Wayne, Henry, Randolph and Delaware counties. To this institute every Sunday school in this city is expected to send one delegate, and as many more can go as is desired. If a party of ten or more is secured, and it is expected that many more than this will go, a round trip rate of one dollar can be secured. The city executive committee held a meeting the other night to make preparatory arrangements for rally day, which this year will be held on September twentyfifth.
