SALE OF LOTS DEANS NO "BOOH"
THOSE MOSTLY BUY WHO INTEND TO BUILD FOUR ADDITIONS MADE To the City of Late Small Lots Axe In General Demand. Now. In real estate th specialty of late seems to be building lots, to the exclusion of almost all else, and 'a marked tendency is that of numbers of people to purchase lots in "new" additions, in the suburbs of the city, in sections which are not built up much but which give great promise of future development. The sale a few days ago of yet a fourth new platted addition to this city, near the car barns in West Richmond, shows this tendency. Within a few minutes after the large group of lots was put up for sale, every one of the lots had been purchased and most of them by young men. or those whose means are not overly neat. One voung fellow, who had just paid his dollars for two lots, was asked about his action. "Why," he said, "I think that this part of town will be built lap some day and when I'm older I'll get a good interest from the money invested in these lots." The general tone was one of confidence that the new addition would some day, and that soon, become a strong residence district. Of late three additions have been made near "Earlham Heights," as one of them has been called, and the residents of the west side have no hesitancy to say that that part of the city will grow, and is growing, faster by far than any other part, unless it may be the south end. In that part of the city a new addition, that of Von Pein, has been almost entirely sold out, and most of the lots were purchased not for "investment," but for homes, the purchasers having a desire to live, and build up that section of Richmond. The new additions have sold out very fast. It has been said that the adding of new additions to the city is being "overdone," as four new sections have been added to Richmond just lately. The increasing number of sales each time one of these new additions is put up seems to be a strong answer to this. In Praise of Chamberlain's Colic, Cholera and Diarrhoea Remedy. "Allow me to give you a few words in praise of Chamberlain's Colic, Choi era and Diarrhoea Remedy," says Mr. John Hamlet t, of Eagle Pass, Texas. "I suffered one week with bowel trouble and took all kinds of medicine without getting, any relief, when my friend, Mr. C. Johnson, a merchant here, advised me to take this remedy. After taking one dose I felt greatly relieved and when I had taken the third dose was entirely cured. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting this great remedy in the hands of mankind." Many women are denied the' happiness of children through derangement of the generative organs. Mrs. Beyer advises women to use Lydia E. Pinkham's Vegetable Compound.
