Left Chicago at 1 O'clock Today for Indianapolis. (By Associated Press.) Chicago, June 25. Senator Fairbanks left at 1 o'clock today for Indianapolis, where there will be a demonstration tonight. He will make several stops on the way and make brief speeches. Postmaster General Payne Chairman Cortelyou and others' were with him and they are in a special car on a regular Big Four train. They will have a special train from Lafayette, where they will be met by Indianapolis delegations. The demonstration at night will be non-partisan.
Rumor That He and Frank Butler Were Killed. Ollie Knode and Frank Butler went to Fountain City in. an automobile today to tune a piano. In some way the rumor got started that they had met with, an accident and both were killed. The rumor had no foundation in fact, fs both men returned very much ali' e.

Commissioners Appointed to Investigate the Same. (By Associated Press.) Washington, June 25. The President today appointed a board to inquire into the use of wireless telegraphy in the government service. The members are Robley D. Evans, Admiral Manny, General G. Greely, Lieutenant-Commander Jayne and Willis Moore.
