musemenfs The Dainty Paree Burlesque combination, a show par excellence of the present exacting period when large and attractive shows are the rule, will be the attraction that will appear at the Phillips opera house Monday, March 2S. This show comes to us with a reputation second to none in this class of amusement, and its program contains many new and attractive things. Comedy is the principal theme and the action of this part of the bill is fast and furious, so much so that the audience forgets all troubles of life and settles down to a real evening of pleasure. But this is by no means all that is to be enjoyed, for the program is embel lished with beautiful and catchy mu sical numbers produced by a bevy of beautiful women, who can sing and dance, here are two comedy and mu sical concoctions. "A Night at the -Hotel Wal drough" anTd "The Wrong Mr. Corbett," beautifully staged and hand somely costumed, and gotten up for laughing purposes principally inter spersed with up-to-date music. The olio or specialty part of the program has been carefully selected. Mantell had. His presentation, therefore, of "The Light of Other Days" at the Fourteenth Street theater last night, was an event of no small interest.
