Foxworthy, an engineer on a freight engine, was seriously injured in the Panhandle switch yards here yesterday. lie had taken siding in the yards and attempted to board the switch engine to ride to the telegraph office for orders and, as he stepped on the step, his left limb was caught between his engine and the switch engine. His limb was badly crushed and the bones broken. He was taken to the freight office, to which place Drs. Mauk and Boyd were summoned. They administered temporary relief and he was taken on the first train to his home in Indianapolis. John Guyton, father of Omer Guyton, our present postmaster, fell from bis hay loft yesterday afternoon, receiving serious injuries.
