John Diehl. the well known Anderson manufacturer, sent to prison for three to 14 years on the charge of having had a criminal operation performed on Mary Farwig, will be returned to the sheriff of Henry county for a new trial by order of the supreme court, which reversed the Henry circuit court yesterday in an opinion of 25 typewritten pages by Judge Jordan.
