Extract From the Cronaca Prealpina. The most famous pianist, Signor Amilcar Zanella, succeeded in accomplishing what has never been done before on any other make of a piano and a violin, that his most distinguished audience, composed mostly of aristocratic members assembled at the Grand Hotel Excelsior at Varese, Italy, were not only delighted with such sweet and divine music, but also their general prevailing enthusiasm was brought to the highest stage imaginable l- - - - - - - - - Xever had there been such charming moments experienced in this town, although many pianists come and go and do their utmost to please, yet the Piano Starr used at this occasion (which is a splendid and exquisite instrument, perfect in all its details, especially by its elegant structure, sound natural tune and harmony, lightness of touch, etc.) was the real topic and admiration of the fete. This piano charmed indeed the public to such a great extent that from hearty and pleasant hearing of its tune the assembly grew gradually to gather around the marvelous instrument and their enthusiasm soon began to show the most positive marks of intense rapture - - - Great was the triumph of the Piano Starr, and there is no doubt but that many of its distinguished admirers envy the possession of such a superior piano. Illustrious pianists, such as Zanella and many others, will not fail to look for the Piano Starr, which will son impress itself on the world renowned Italian artist piano players.
