No remedy compares with this wonderfully valuable Nervine Tonic as a builder and strengthenerof the life forces of the human body, and as a great renewer ol a broken-down constitution. It is also of more real permanent value in the treatment and cure of diseases of the lungs than any consumption remedy ever used on this continent. It is a marvelous cure for nervousness of females of all ages. As a cure for every class of Nervous Diseases, no remedy has been able to compare with the Nervine Tonic, which is very pleasant and harmless in all its effects upon the youngest child or the oldest and most delicate individual Nine tenths of all the ailments to which the human family is heir are dependent on nervous exhaustion and impaired digestion When there is an insufficient supply of nerve food in the Wood, a ceneral state of debility of the brain, spinal marrow, and nerves is the
result. Starved nerves, use siareu mu ..-, uure " ribt kind of food is supplied; and a thousand weaknesses and ailments disappear as the nerves recover. As the nervous system must supply all the power by which the vitil forces of the body are carried on, it is the first to sufTer for want of perfect nutrition. Ordinary food does not contain a sufficient quantity of the kind of nutriment necessary to repair the wear our present mode of living and labor imposes upon the nerves. For this reason it becomes necessary that a nerve food be supplied. This South American Nervine has been found by analysis to contain the essential elements out of which nerve tissue is formed. This accounts for its universal adaptability to the cure of all. forms of nervous de

America's most valued relic the oln liberty Ull- will t sent to t'Uarleston on Jan. 3 nest, to ! exhibited in tUt Pennsylvania t.uiUIinjs ai.tbe esposi tion to Ik held there, says the Puiladel phia Press. This will make the lull's fourth trip out of Philadelphia within little more than a quarter of a century. Preparations for its removal have already tKun. I he work iu be attended with all the dignity that national and civic pride demands, and the bell, dear to the hearts of million, will go out of Philadelphia to the music of bands and the march of ueu. The parade will not le imiKjsing for its size, but it will be important on account of those who will have the honor of participating In it. An escort of councilman has already been appointed. A local safe building company will have the contract of removing the bell to Charleston. The truck on which it will be hauled from the statehouse to the Pennsylvania railroad yards will be decorated with the national colors. Sis or eijiht horses will be attached to the truck, on either side of which will stand a cordon of police. A dozen reserves, all more than sis feet in height, will take their places Iwside the bell when it s " ure on the truck, and the procession will move up Chestnut to Broad street. The flat car on which it will be nlaeed will have a railing built around It. At one eud of the car there will be a cabin to be usea as a soeuer ojr guards. Cabin and railing will be decorated with gay colors, and an In scription on the side of the car will roa- "l'hilu.lplnhla to Charleston." A long line of police will form a guard when the bell Is being loaded on tbe car. The car will then be attached to a special train containing the councilmen, city officials and other prominent persons, who will accompany the beil on its Journey. In the cities and at the Intermediate towns and villages along the route the Journey of the bell will be marked by patriotic demonstrations. Appeals are already being received by Chief Plerie of the city property bureau asking that the bell be sent through certain towns on the way to its destination, so that the people may voice their reverence in public festivities. The demonstrations will no doubt be second to those which marked the shipment of the bell to New Orleans on Jan. 23. 18S5. As the car containing the beii. iarE-4 ed by armed men. bowled through cities and towns church bells were rung, cannon boomed, music was played and people shouted. Through the night as the bell sped on bonfires from the hillsides, farmers' milk lanterns, furnace fires and long lines jf torches lighted its way. The bell was sent to Chicago In 1S93 and to Atlanta in 1805. BAN PLACED ON SKYLIGHTS BaildlBsra at St. Louis Fair Will ot Be Supplied With Them. The chief architect of the buildings for the St. Louis world's fair has undertaken a feat that will attract the Interest of architects and builders all over the world, says tbe Chicago Post. In the plans that are being submitted for the large exhibit buildings specifications for skylights have no place, it having been decided that they should be dispensed with. Side windows, monitors and lanterns will be depended upon to light the interior. In summer skylights are hot The sun pours down directly through them, and it is hard to screen them without shutting out the light entirely. Again. It is hard to make large areas of skylight water tight- The exhibit buildings in which massive machinery will be housed will be furnished with traveling cranes, to te used both as exhibits and as aids in the installing of big ex hibits.
