OUR CONSTANT AIM IS TO SELL THE BEST BOO OS ... IN THE MARKET ...

How the World Moves Ozxty a few years ago everybody bought coffee greta nl roasted it at home. Now how many persons will you meet whohave never seen coffee in the green state? Coffee roasting and coffee blending has got to be quite an art. We will not tell you our coffees are "the best." Everybody lays claim to that distinction, and everybody cannot be right. All we ask is a trial, and if your purcha proves satisfactory, we feel sure that your relations will be lasting ; if not, all the argument in the world would not prevail. GIVE US A TRIAL.

DraeriptlOB of a ContrUiiirr laed ty I lit- tvalser. A few samples of schnurrbartbinde have been received at Washington from Herlin. But they are not on sale. They are too precious for mere bsrtcr. There may be a big demand for them next season, especially if Kaiser Wilhelm decides to build a challenger for the America's cup. says the Pittsburg lisp:;tch. He lias a large collection of them. He needs one several times a day or else that upward twist of his mustache would soon disappear. He needs a sclnuirrliari biuile as uijc t) as 3 lady to whom nature has uot been kind in the ttiaiter or' curls needs a curling 11 011. This scbuurrbnrtl.iiide is a cdftrnptiou of s:lk gauze on a wire frame, two little leather straps and two pieces of elastic web. The samples now hie were brought over by young men w!i are wearing the ends of their mustaches pointing upward like church steeples. The maker of this toilet article avers that the emperor is the inventor. Tbe scun and all the rest of it la formed somewhat like a bat with wings extended. When Emperor William summons his hairdresser, that functionary brings a binder with bim. His Imperial majesty's mustache is tucked up as be wears It. and tbe schnurrbartbinde Is fastened behind bis bead. It stays there until the emperor has bad bis ham poo and all parts of bis face not covered by the contrivance are shaved. Theu the binding is removed, aud the result is that wonderful upward twist. For the bene tit of those who haven't their dictionaries at hand the combination of fix teen tetters may be translated as meaning "mustache binder." In Berlin it is whispered-uot spoken aloud, because that would lie leze majesty -that tbe emperor use a sort ef paxte to keep tbe enda of bla mustache standing.
