to be considering some action with regard to the increase of divorces in
this county. Similar action is being taken by the clergy all over the state. At Muncie and Marion it is
asserted that the divorces are in excess of the marriage licenses i so far

Henry Davis, who is employed at
Gaar's, took an overdose of some kind yesterday which made him quite sick for a short time. He was removed to his home, and this j morn-
