A case which the attorneys say has

no paralel in law is now on a Cambridge City. It seems that Charley Routh has a livery stable which is

reached over a road which is partly

on his own ground, and partly a public street, so used for 25 years but

not platter. The K. of P. own the

ground on both sides of the street, and had some sort of arrangement with Roath whereby he used part of it. This bas ended in a quarrel and now the lodge is trying to close the

street and there is to be litigat'on over it.

The people of Richmond, who do

not pretend to be posted on things

musical, should not wait until the morning after the concert on the night of April 2i, in order to realize

been some incrcdulitv expressed as to

who and what she is, and, bv those who know, whether she is really com
