The Gien will be packed with a sea of humanity, and it will be dit!icult to see him there, except for the few thousand who can get within s caking distance of the platform. The plan of the committee is to have the man seen, with Senator Fairbanks accompanying him, from the depot to the Glen via Main or some other principal street, the line of march to be fully announced before the day itself. There will be not fewer than 800 to 1,000 Rough Riders from various places within this district, and hundreds of people are coming from points within twenty or thirty and even forty miles, if the weather be at all passable. The train will be met at Muncie or at Winchester by live members of the reception commit tee, and will be in here at 1:1S. according to present schedule. According to present indications there will be not fewer than 20.im)0 people in the city on that day. It will te such a crowd as has not been seen here in twenty years. Most of the business houses will perhaps close, and quite a number of factories will be shut down for the day. There will be an outpouring of people from all over Wayne and joining counties, from the country and from the small towns. Announcements of perfected plans will be made from time to time. According to all the arrangements that have been completed definitely, the program for the day is: Forenoon, industrial parade. Afternoon, Roosevelt's sjieeeh at Glen Miller, followed by Roosevelt's departure and a speech by Senator rairbanks, at the same place. Evening, a sieech by John L.
