At the last recalar session of the city
council the south end sewer contractor
was present and made a statement. He
said that the sewer was finished and that he needed the money lor it; that the city civil engineer was absent, so that a final report was not practical, but if he had to wait two weeks for his set
tlement it would be inconvenient and Trwnaiv On motion council ad
journed until 7 o'clock last evening to accommodate the contractor. The
members gathered at the city building, at the appointed hour, but a meeting was unnecessary, as the sewer is still incompleted. It will probably be finished, ready for acceptance, by the regular meeting next Monday night.
