Between the two Republican Factions or Baltimore. Bai-timokk, Mi., Sept. 1. It is war to the knife now between the two republican factions In this city. Neither will submit to a compromise and both propose to make nominations for the city council. It is a fight of the administration winning against Antls. The latter succeeded in obtaining the control of the state central committee and proceeded to dispose of Emll Budnitz, post master, Johnson man, and the chairman of this city the executive committee. The latter refuses to recognize the authority of the state (committee and is now arranging for the primaries. There will be two sets of candidates in every ward and the democrats will owing to the split make a clean rweep.
