Bab-e-wk. his attorney, and flfee hie complaint herein, together with nn affidavit, that the residence of the defendants. Mary Gill, Martin Gill and Charles Callaghan, is unknown, and that diligent Inquiry has been made to ascertain the residence of said defendants, but that said inunuy has not disclosed the residence of said defendants, and that they are required to appeal to said action on the Ulh day of June, IRTu. the same being the 12th Judicial day of the June term. 1379, of the Jasper circuit court. Notice Is therefore hereby given said defendants that unless they Iks and appear on the !7th day of the next term of the Jgsper circuit court, to be hidden on the tint Monday of June, A.
