Someting Every One Knows.

From the Detrbit Frss Prm. Fools rush in where angels fear to tread. One of the things that is impossible to leach the average man is that be is not the most competent person in the world to manage a newspaper. Every man you most can give an editor points on the publication of a newspaper. There are very few men that could not. if they had the chance, run the circulation of any given paper up to 100,000 at least. Every one knows just whst the people of this country need, and they are generally amazed that the editor does not seise the particular advantage they can see so plainly. Thue it is that every new paper is started to fill a long felt want. The promoters feel it a duty they owe a suffering public to supply what has been so urgently needed.
