He was universally esteemed. Religious Services. —Rev. W. G. Vessels will preach in the Moth- j odist Episcopal church next Sunday 1 night at 7 o’clock. Moss, an invalid for Jlsany years, died of rheumatism of the heart, at his Father’* residence: February Ist, 18714, aged 29 years. llis death had long been daily ex peeled. Since last spring lie has bought 70,000 bushels of corn, pay ing for old 20 to .90 cents a bushel, and for new 21 to 22 cents: sn average, lie estimates, of 25 Oohts. This winter his corn receipts averaged 1,000 bushels a day.
