Urowu waft elected chairman, and Ira W. Yeoman secretary. The secretary ‘nnd treasurer submit tod reports ol the business transacted by them during the year ending January 25th, 1879, trhich reports were referred by the chair to Messrs. I. J. Porter nnd Wiu.,£>. Coen tor examination, with instructions to report to the hoard of directors February 22(1, 1879. Proceeded to elect a board of directors, which resulted in the choice of William -iv. Parkison, Berry Paris, Charles C. Starr, Ira W, Yeoman, Cyrus J. Brown, Isaac J. Porter, Allen J. Yeoman, Norman Warner and Lucius Strong. Adjourned. C. J. BiiOWN, lea W. Yeoman, Sec. ChVi. The board of directors called Cyrus J. Brown to the chair and selected Ira W. Yeoman secretary. On motion Berry Paris was elected president for the ensuing year, Cyrus J. Brown vice pivsidcnt, Ira W. Yeoman secretary, Charles C. Starr treasurer, Norman Warner superintendent. Bill of Horace E James lor publishing notice of stockholders 1 " meeting, in the sum of 11.59, was allowed and ordered paid. On motion adjourned to meet at the office of the secretary on Saturday, February 22d, 1879.
