Guild, Charles Laird, and all others who may bo interested, are hereby notified that I am the owner of the northoast quarter of the southwest quarter of section 17, township 81 north, of range 5 west, in Jasper county and state of Indiana; and that on Tuesday, the 10th dav of Docember, A. Julius Altman, Henrv Altniarf and David Roseman are plaintiffs', and Sylvester C. Hilton is defendant, requiring me to make the sum of eighty tthree dollars and twelve cents (188.12), with interest on said execution and costs, I will expose at public sale, to the highest bidder, on Saturday, tM tut day of December, A.
