The list gives the population of every town and the circulation of every paper. IT 18 NOT A CO-OPERATIVE LIST. IT IS KOT A CHEAP LIST. At the foot of the Catalogue for each State the important towns which are not covered by the list are enumerated. IT IS AW HONEST LIST.
