Those having relatives or friends buried in West n Cemetery or the old grave yard, who were soldiers ot seamen in the service of tho United States in any of its wars, will please ccmmunichte the location of their graves at an early day to Mrs. M. L. Spitler, general supervisor of grave decorating, that they may not be neglected on the 3(>th.
