An net declaring il unlawful to get on or oft railroad cars and engines when in motion or switching, providing penalties for violation of this net, and o'iter matters cunnecled therewith. Bectio\ 1. />V it enacted hy the General Assembly rtf the State of fntiiana, That it shall be unlawful for any person, other than passengers or employes, to get on or elf, or to swing on or hang- on from the outside of nny engine or car while the same is iu motion or switching. Bw. 2. Any person violating nny of the provisions of this act shall l*e fined in nny mm not exceeding ten dollars, of which violations justices of the jeace shall have exclusive j urisdiction.
