There are people hereabout who' 1 sing gently of Texas and wheat growing. Possibly they may some day be sweetly humming blue bonnets over the border. The list includes country exchanges, New York, Chicago, Indianapolis and St. Louis d miles, and the leading agricultural journals of the country. The new railroad is expected to be finished to Rensselaer by the Ist prox. If the quota of this, county is forthcoming, w’ork will be commenced at Delphi and Bradford as soon as winter breaks up and carried on toward this place, meeting here in about ninety days from date of beginning.—Monticello Herald.
