Town Trustees' Meeting.

The board of trustees of the town of Rensselaer met in regular session Monday evening, September 3,i. Ordered payment to IV. j. Beach for sale of stock by town marshal tinder provisions of ordinance 41. Kecinded order requiring the construction of sidewalk on south side of Rutson street. The marshal reported the sale of a 2-yesr old horse colt under provisions of ordinance 41, to A. Leopold for §38.40. Cohimittee to investigate the account of Ludd Hopkins late town treasurer, was granted until next meeting, October Ist, iu which to make their report, Allowed claim of Thomas Sharp, town marshal, for official services §20.T0.
