A private letter to the Editor of The Union, dated July 2Gth and Written, by a friend in San FFancisco, Unliforniii, contains this vivacious paragraph; “Two Chinamen were killed near me hut evening. Wash-iioqso burned, with my shirts with the poor heathen. bud time in the city ; but the Vigiluuts will put. down the tttob. The lamp-posts are budding for fruit.”
