In the case of A. J. Nellis vs. The Asbkmd Fork Manufacturing Company, in the United States Circuit Court for the ’Northern District of Ohio, a decree has been entered in favor of the patents, and an injunction isstlefl against the defendants, enjoining them from making and selling the Harris Double Httpoon Horse Hay Fork.- We notice from the Court records that th<*re are over one hundred suits now pending for the infringement of these patents, against parties in tlieStarte of Ohio.
