The undersigned will offer at public sale, at his residence in Rensselaer, on Saturday, June 23d, 1877, the following described personal prop- - erry, Ttx-.vttr Three horses, twoco ws, two wagons, buggy, two sets of double harness, cultivator, double shovel plow, single shovel iron-beam breaking plow, nair of bob sleds, buckeye mowing machine, one-horse hayrake, hay fork, set ot double blocks with ropes, shovel, forks, hoes, and other garden tools, stone mason tools, sewing machine in good running order, and other tilings too numerous to mention. Nine mouths credit, without interest, will be 'given on all sums over $5, purchaser giving note with approved security before property is removed; form of note same as that used by A.
