Delphi is soon to have another paper, the publication of which will commence about the 24th instant. It will bo a 7-column folio, all home print, and will be o&iled the Carroll County Gazette. It will be edited and published by Messrs. Craft & Keyes, both experienced newspaper men. We extend the publishers fraternal greeting and place the Gazette upon our exchange list, hoping it may meet with unbounded success. Hon. John A. Kasson, of lowa, whom the president appointed Minister to Spain, and whose appointment was among the fiist made,has recently been chosen Minister to Austria. The Spanish mission is filled by the appointment of James Russell Lowell, the celebrated poet of Massachusetts, to the vacancy. Brigham Young has a family of forty-five children and a countless number of grand children.
