Jasper County, Indiana, offer for sale at pnblic auction the rents and profits, for a term not exceeding seven years, of the following described Real Estate situated in the countv of Jasper, state of Indiana, to-wit: The northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section twelve (12), township thirty (80) north, range five (5) west, containing forty (40) acres; also the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section twelve (12), township thirty ;80) north, range five (S) west, containing forty (40) acres—containing in all eighty (80) acres;—together With all the appurtenances thereunto belonging; and upon failure to realize usum sufficient to satisfy the demand, I will, at the same time and place, and in like manner, offer for sale the fee simple of the same.
