Chiloote, Ms attorney, ami dies his complaint herein together with an affidavit, that the residence of the defendants are unknown to this plaintiff, and that diligent inquiry has been made to ascertain the residence of Mid defendants, bet that Mid Inquiry has not disclosed the residence of said defendants or either of them.
