DEMOCRATIC TACTICS.

If any post-master in Vermont attempts to vote ibr Rutherford B. Hayes for president, shoot him on thespot. If any centennial commissioner in the state of Rhode Island attempts to. vote for Rutherford B. Hayes for president, shoot him on the spot. It any man in the southern states, white pr black, attempts to vote the republican ticket, bulldose him; if,he resists, shoot him on the spot. If the returning board of Louisiana attempts to throw out the fraudulent returns of the bulldosed parishes, shoot them on the spot. If any negro in the sixth congressional district of Mississippi attempts to vote for any candidate for representative in congress ether than one of the Confederate generals who was present at and active in the bloody massacre at Fort Pillow, shoot him on the spot* If Governor Stearns persists in having a fair count of the yotes honestly polled i|» Florida, and re. jects the stuffed ballot-bpxes sad doctored returns, shoot him on the spot. -If any man objects to the inauguration of Mr. Tiideti if it should appear that he was not fairly elected, shoot him on the spot. ’ If any man, opposes such reform measures as - bull dosing ; ballot-box stuffing, returns doctoring and electoral vote stealing, shoot him on the spot. i a■: ,
