We received the highest award given for Boots at the World’s Fair, Viena, 1873. The goods were no better than our goods will average. They were made with our machinery, precisely as every boot we sell is made, being handled by the same number of men and boys, in the different stages. They were not “fair” goods. G. H. & G. M.
