The second game of base ball between the Rensselaer Clippers and Ueniington Clumsies was played on tip) grounds ot the latter, two and one-half miles northwest of Remington,' last Monday. The game resulted in the dr-feat of the Clippers by a t*core of 1G to 23, The game was one in which tho playing was not so meritorious as was that of the first game. The last of the series of games, and the one which will decide the contest, will be played on. the Fair grounds, at this place, next Tue** day.
