From the Remington Guard.

Mr. Clark has turned over the agency of the American Bible Society at Remington to Mr. James Spencer. Mr. R. Ralf attempted to climb over a flat car which was standing on the track, Tuesday nightof last week, fell therefrom and had a narrow escape from fatal injuries. A notice in the Guard stated that a meeting of the citizens of Remington would be held Monday of this week, to make preliminary arrangements for guarding against fire. Mr. Robert Parker has resigned his railroad agency, sold his real estate to O. B. Mclntire, and will soon move to Indianapolis to enter upon duty in a new banking establishment.
