Notice. The limitation of the agreement between A. Leopold and R. Fendig! lor collecting claims due the. firm of! Leopold <fc Fendig, will expire on the first day of December, 1574, —next Tuesday ; after which time I am bound by the terms of said agreement to collect all outstanding debts by process of law. I would, therefore, earnestly request all parties that are indebted to the late firm of Leopold A Fendig to come forward promptly and pay up.
