Notice.

The limitation of tbe agreement between A. Leopold and R. l Fendig for collecting claims due the firm of Leopold A Fendig, will expire on the first day of December, 1874,—next Tuesday; after which time lam bound by tbe terms o's said agreement to collect all outstanding debts by process of law. I would, therefore, earnestly request alt parties that are indebted to tbe late firm of Leopold A Fendig to come forward promptly and pay up. Those who pay no attention to this notice must not blame me if suit is instituted to collect the amount of
