Warner, Jesse I, Warner, David Marsh and George Marsh, will take notice that I own llie southwest quarter of section oue (1), township twenty-nine (29; north, range five (5) west, and that they are adjoinine owners, that I will on Tuesday, September 29th a. d. 1874, proceed with the Surveyor of sail county, to make a legal survey of so much of said section as may be necessary to establish and perpetuate the Hues and corners to my said land in said section. Ciark, widow, and other heiis of John Clark, deceased, whose names are unknown to us, James Sliiildler, John I.ane, Henry Saylcr, John Goetz, Philip Seibel, John Nagel, Hezekiah Slurges, Lowell Ilowe, Casper Eiglesbach, Samuel L- Sparling, William S. Day, Jackson Phegley, Elizabeth Kroeger, William C. Pierce, Josiah Hammond, Stewart C. Hammond, Alfred Hoover, James "Ritchey, Samuel L. Jones and all others interested, that they desire a survey of their said laud, and will proceed with the Surveyor of said couuty on Monday the fifth day of October, 1874, to make a legal survey and establish the corners" and lines thereof.
