Warner, David Marsh and George Marsh, will take notice that I own the southwest quarter of section one (1), township tweuty-niue (29; north, range five (5; west, and that they are adjoining owners, that I will on Tuesday, September 29th a. n. 1874, proceed with the Surveyor of said county, to make a legal survey of so much of said section as may be necessary to establish and perpetuate the lines and corners to my said land in said section JAMES TILLETT.
