By virtue of an execution to me directed from tbe Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on Thursday the 19th day of February, 1874, between the hours of 10 o’clock a. m. end 4 o’clock p. m. of said day, at the doorof the court house of Jasper county, the rents and profits for a term of not exceeding seven years, of the following described real estate, The east half of the southeast quarter and the southwest quartet of the southeast quarter of section fifteen (15). all in township twenty-nine (29). north, of range aix (6), west, situate in Jasper county, Indiana. And on failure to realize the full amount of judgment, interest and costs, I will at the same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate, subject to prior liens and encumbrances.
