Babcock Auditor of said county, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true, full and complete list of all lauds and town lota returned delinquent by tha Treasurer of said county for the nonpayment of taxes due thereou for the year 1872, and lornter years, with ten percent penalty and iatcrest thereon, together with the taxes for the current year, (1873), and costs of advertising, so far as the same are liatde to be srld lor taxes, as shown by the return of said Treasurer; and notice is hereby given that so much of said lauds and town lots as may be necessary Jo discharge and pay the taxes, penalty, interest and costs due thereou. or due from the owners thereof at the time of sale, will be sold at public auction at tire court house door in Rensselaer, Indian , on tha secoud Monday in kebruary,.j.
